This Page describes the choice & rates of the rooms: Traditional, 1 or 2 Bedroom Suites and offsite Condos.
The rooms have either two Double or Queen Beds or a King bed (limited quantity). All Suites have either two Queen beds or a King or both. Some rooms have kitchens.
We pride ourselves on placing you in a room that meets your needs & fits your budget. You can stay 1, 2 or 3 nights & meals are included!
Rooms can accommodate a Single, Double, Triple, Quad (or more) occupancy. We do recommend a Suite level room for large groups but the decision is ultimately yours.
Your room is assigned by Villa Roma’s Reservations Staff.
Each individual guest must make their own reservation by calling 800-727-8455 and enter # 1 for reservations. They must identify themselves as members of the NYSOL Group. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a deposit, by check or a major credit card, in the amount of $100.00 per room. All roommates should be listed but only one deposit is required. Balance is due on arrival.

Traditional Rooms
The traditional rooms are large hotel rooms with two doubles or queen beds and a small sitting area. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Maximum occupancy is 5 people.

ONE & TWO BEDROOM SUITES
The one bedroom suite has a separate living room. The bedroom has the choice of either two double or two queen beds and the living room has a pullout double sofa bed. The bathroom has a separate tub and shower stall. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The two bedroom suite has two separate bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom has one king bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. The bathroom has a separate tub and shower stall. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

2 BEDROOM/2 BATH CONDOS
The Vacation Villas, or Condos, are furnished with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with flat screen TV with built in DVD players, dining areas, two and three bedrooms, two and three baths. All Master baths have Jacuzzi style tubs. These Condos are not connected to the main building but are outside units with balconies overlooking the spectacular Catskill Mountains! Buses available all day/night to shuttle you to main building or it’s a 5 minute walk to the Resort.

If you arrive on Thursday, the following additional rates will apply, no matter which room you choose. All roommates do not have to arrive on Thursday. It’s a per person rate only.
Something Special: If you arrive on Thursday, we will enjoy a very special 5 course plated “Dinner with Caesar”! After dinner, we offer you Bonus Lessons by our Staff and Surprise Guests plus Open Dancing in the Night Club until ???.

SPECIAL ONE-NIGHT STAY OFFER includes taxes, fees, gratuities plus 3 meals: Lunch and Dinner on the day of arrival and Breakfast on the day of departure. Contact Rosie for Friday night rates which include our Welcome Party with a 2 hour Open Bar in lieu of lunch on arrival Friday so the cost is slightly higher.

- These Resort rates do not include the NYSOL Event Fee.
- 100% of these monies go to the Resort.
- Your Event Fee must accompany your signed NYSOL Registration Form
(available on this website). - You will pay the Resort a $100 Deposit for your particular room by credit card.
- The balance is due to the RESORT on arrival Nov. 7th or Nov. 8th, 2024.
